Accessibility Measures
Our ongoing objective is to design and maintain the website in substantial alignment with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines, WCAG 2.2 Level AA.
- Semantic HTML structure
- Logical heading order
- Keyboard-accessible navigation
- Visible keyboard focus
- Descriptive page titles
- Form labels and instructions
- Accessible validation messages
- Text alternatives for meaningful images
- Sufficient color contrast
- Responsive text and layouts
- Support for browser zoom
- Reduced dependence on color alone
- Avoidance of unnecessary motion
- Accessible links and buttons
- Screen-reader-friendly status messages
Ongoing Improvement
Accessibility is an ongoing process. Although we aim to meet WCAG 2.2 Level AA, we cannot guarantee that every page, integration, document, or third-party component will always satisfy every accessibility criterion.
We regularly review website features and make reasonable improvements when issues are identified.
Third-Party Content
Some pages may contain forms, widgets, links, or services operated by third parties. Autofi Center does not control every aspect of third-party accessibility, but we encourage providers to offer accessible experiences.
Requesting Assistance
A person who has difficulty using the website may request help accessing website information, a reasonable alternative format, assistance completing a website form, or information through an alternative communication method.
When no verified accessibility or support email is configured, submit a request through the contact page.
What to Include
- The page or feature involved
- A description of the difficulty
- The browser or assistive technology used, when relevant
- The preferred way to receive a response
Response Time
We aim to acknowledge accessibility requests within five business days. Complex issues may require additional time, but we will make reasonable efforts to provide an update.
Feedback
Accessibility feedback is welcome and helps us improve the website.
