Contact Consent Disclosure
This page explains the contact permission that may appear on an Autofi Center automotive inquiry form.
Last updated: August 5, 2026
It does not replace the exact disclosure displayed next to the form you submit.
When Contact Consent Applies
Contact consent applies only when all required elements are present.
- A form requests a telephone number or email address
- A clear disclosure appears near the submit button
- The consumer affirmatively checks an unchecked consent box
- The consumer submits the form
- The authorized companies and contact purpose are clearly identified
Companies Authorized to Contact You
A lead form may authorize contact by Autofi Center, selected lenders, or selected automotive service providers.
A third-party company may contact a consumer only when the company is specifically identified at or immediately adjacent to the applicable consent disclosure. When no third-party companies are specifically named, the disclosure must authorize Autofi Center only.
Contact Methods
The current website does not request authorization for text-message marketing.
A dedicated lead form may request authorization for telephone calls and email communications. When automated dialing, prerecorded voice, or artificial voice technology will be used, the exact disclosure must expressly identify that technology and must receive compliance approval before activation.
Do not silently treat general contact permission as authorization for automated or prerecorded telemarketing.
Calls May Be Recorded
Calls may be monitored or recorded for quality assurance, training, compliance, documentation, and dispute resolution. Call recording must follow the laws applicable to the consumer and the parties to the call.
Consent Is Optional
Consent to receive marketing calls is not a condition of using the website, receiving general information, purchasing a product or service, receiving a financing decision, or being connected with a provider.
Revoking Consent
A consumer may revoke consent by telling the caller not to call again, using the verified privacy or support email, submitting a request through the contact page, or using another reasonable method communicated by the company.
A revocation request must be processed promptly and added to applicable suppression systems.
Vehicle Financing and Vehicle Service Contracts
Authorization to contact a consumer does not approve financing, guarantee refinancing, create a loan, enroll the consumer in a Vehicle Service Contract, activate coverage, require a purchase, or authorize payment.
A Vehicle Service Contract is optional and separate from financing.
Before presenting an optional Vehicle Service Contract during a telephone conversation, the representative must identify the company and purpose of the call, confirm the consumer's inquiry, explain that the Vehicle Service Contract is optional, explain that it is separate from financing, and obtain permission to proceed with the separate review.
Required Lead-Form Disclosure
When a form collects a phone number, the checkbox must not be pre-checked, the disclosure must be adjacent to the checkbox and submit button, and the consent language must be visible before submission.
Privacy acknowledgment and marketing-consent checkbox controls must remain separate.
