Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information
Some state privacy laws give consumers the right to opt out of certain uses or disclosures described as selling personal information, sharing personal information, targeted advertising, or cross-context behavioral advertising.

The legal meaning of these terms may be broader than an ordinary sale for money.
Current Advertising Practice
Autofi Center does not currently use personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising through advertising pixels or retargeting tools.
Do not activate retargeting technology until the Privacy Policy is updated, a cookie or preference-management system is active, applicable opt-out signals are supported, the Do Not Sell or Share process is tested, and compliance approval is documented.
Basic analytics must also respect applicable consent and preference requirements.
Automotive Inquiry Disclosures
When a consumer asks to be connected with a lender or automotive service provider, Autofi Center may disclose inquiry information to the selected company to respond to that request.
Depending on the applicable law and circumstances, certain disclosures may be treated as a sale, sharing, or targeted advertising activity. A consumer may submit an opt-out request even when no money is exchanged for the information.
How to Submit a Request
Use the verified privacy email configured for the website. When no verified public privacy email exists, use the contact page.
The consumer should select or write "Do Not Sell or Share Request." Do not request sensitive financial information.
- Name
- Email associated with the inquiry
- Telephone number associated with the inquiry, when applicable
- State of residence
- A statement requesting opt-out of sale, sharing, or targeted advertising
Browser-Based Preference Signals
Where required by applicable law and technically supported, Autofi Center will treat a recognized browser-based opt-out preference signal as a request to opt out for the browser or device sending the signal.
Support for a legally recognized signal must be implemented before enabling covered advertising technologies.
Authorized Agents
Where permitted by law, an authorized agent may submit a request for a consumer. Autofi Center may take reasonable steps to confirm the agent's authority, the identity of the consumer, and the applicability of the request.
Non-Discrimination
Autofi Center will not unlawfully discriminate against a consumer for exercising an applicable privacy right.
Scope of the Request
An opt-out request may not prevent disclosures that are reasonably necessary to provide a service specifically requested by the consumer, maintain website security, detect fraud, honor suppression requests, comply with law, or maintain required records.
Confirmation
After processing a request, Autofi Center will provide confirmation using the verified contact method available for the requester.
